 Advanced PCT Training with Carl Oppedahl 

Carl Oppedahl, WIPO PCT consultant, will teach an all-day class on the Patent Cooperation Treaty.  Topics will include an overview of the PCT process, best practices for filing and managing PCT applications, and strategic decisions for making best use of the PCT depending on a particular applicant's needs.  New topics since last year's advanced PCT training will include a discussion of the five types of PCT Declarations, and best use of the DAS system.
