During the two-day session, our speakers will cover a variety of topics including emerging technologies, med devices, strategies for developing and protecting your IP, understanding foreign prosecution requirements, and advanced PCT training. **April 3 (Day 1):** To kick off the conference, we’ll bring together EPO examiners, attorneys, legal professionals, and patent owners to discuss the latest IP developments in today’s rapidly changing global environment. Three concurrent tracks will explore these changes, including insights relating to emerging technologies, European patent practices, and IP portfolio development for early stage companies with a focus on medical device technologies.
